Still an Acer fan and looking for another brand new model able to provide more solutions for your daily problems? Acer’s Aspire AS5755G-2674G64Miks and Travel Mate TM8481T have earned dozens of fans only in the first months, which means that they are by far two of the most desired models of their series. Both products share medium sized screens so you can carry them wherever you want, high speed processors and spacious HDDs where you can store all the important data and multimedia stuff. Given their remarkable and superior performances, these machines are priced in the region of $1,000, which is a reasonable price for such efficient ‘toys’.
The first computer we are to introduce you, Aspire AS5755G-2674G64Miks, comes with a 15.6 inch display using a LED backlit tech and a Cine Crystal tech for higher clarity. By far one of the most important details regards the processor as the product is run by an Intel CPU part of the Core i7 series which runs at 2.2 GHz. At the same time, the system shares a spacious 640 GB HDD where you can download dozens of songs, movies and photos.
The multitasking is powered by a 4 GB system memory, DDR3 SDRAM, expandable to 8 GB, while the graphics comes with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M chip (video memory up to 1 GB). Concerning the second model, Acer’s Travel Mate TM8481T, this one also shares a small screen measuring 14 inches, which makes it more portable than the previous one. Part of a different series, this system is mainly dedicated to those who spend much of the time on the road and travelling. Thus, its display provides an Active Matrix TFT Color TFT plus a ComfyView tech which protects the screen from scratches and not only.
Moreover, 4 GB of system memory, expandable to 8 GB, helps you to manage more applications simultaneously. Your data will be kept on a 128 GB HDD and the networking features an IEEE 802.11 a/g/n Wi-Fi and a similar interface.
Two USB 2.0 ports will help you stick the computer to other devices and the 8-cvell battery develops a four hour autonomy, but that also depends on settings. As for the OS compatibility, this Acer, which costs about $980, uses Windows 7 Professional 64 bit operating system.
