HP Pavilion G70-250

HP is a highly qualified manufacturer on the field of laptops. The manufacturer has been around the computer market for a long time and it had released some quite impressive laptops. Most notebooks from HP also represent high performance. Another proud and qualified member of this arsenal is HP Pavilion G70-250.

Design:

The exterior features of this notebook speak for themselves. HP is famous for designing its laptops to look very modern and good.  The chassis looks very professional, the gray base unit has a nice contrast with the black casing on the rest of the laptop. The keyboard also looks pretty good and it is easy to use and due to the size of the notebook a number pad could be added, which is extremely useful. The touch pad also looks impressive with nice design elements and although it is not very big, it can be used easily.

Performance:

Luckily performance is some kind of a Forte for HP, its laptops have high quality and high performance interior components.  In the heart of the HP Pavilion G70-250 there is an Intel Pentium T4200 processor, which delivers a good solid 2 GHz of clock speed. The processor is backed up by a default of 3 GB Random Access Memory. The notebook can handle a total of 4 GM, but there really is no point in spending money for that. Graphics are not that advance, this notebook was built for entertainment purposes, which didn’t required a graphics processor, The notebook only has an integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics chip with a total available 1309 shared memory. The large 320 GB Hard Disk Drive is big enough for storing movies or music collections, and it operates at a good 5400 rpm so it has nice data transfer rates. The widescreen display is of a good 17 inch, and it has a native 1440 x 900 resolution depth, which is more that enough for every task you can do with this notebook. Thanks to the lack of a graphics processor the notebook’s 6-cell battery has a nice battery life.

Overall:

This is not HP’s strongest notebook, but it is nonetheless a good performance machine with quality interiors and very nice exteriors. We can definitely recommend it for multimedia, business, or even student usages, because it is perfect for them.
